The following are terms and conditions which must be accepted for your continued use of the website.
Arts 'n' Crafts NZ reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions as required to protect both our users as well as ourselves.

1. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
1.1 Welcome to Arts 'n' Crafts NZ (a.k.a. "me","site","website" or the "Community"). I am excited to have you as a user of this website and a member of the community. The following terms and conditions apply to your use of the Arts 'n' Crafts NZ website, its functionality and services offered on or via Arts 'n' Crafts NZ (the "Website") as well as its content.
1.2 I want to keep things as simple and informal as possible but do need you to read these Terms and Conditions, as your continued use of the website means you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms and Conditions. Should you disagree with anything here you must leave the Website, but before doing so please contact me to let me know. I will be happy to hear your comments and suggestions.
2. Registration and use of Accounts
2.1 Where any features of this website require you to register for an account. You will be fully responsible for any activity on your account, as such do not share access details with any third parties. You will be fully accountable for any sales/purchases made through your account even if these were not made by you. Arts 'n' Crafts NZ will not be liable for any loss or damages caused by the use of a compromised account. Notify me immediately if you suspect unauthorised access of your account.
2.2 For any area that may require the creation of a user-name/alias, in choosing one for your account you will not create one that is (in my sole discretion) derogatory vulgar or abusive. If such a user-name/alias is found, I, at my sole discretion, will terminate the associated account.
2.3 You agree that any personal information presented in creation of your account, or that may be required elsewhere on the site is current, accurate and factual. Providing false information will see your account suspended and at the extreme, could trigger a criminal investigation.
2.4 In the case of any criminal investigation your personal details may be made available to the appropriate authorities.
2.5 You acknowledge that use of this website and its services is at my discretion and I will shut down your account if any abuse takes place.
2.6 Any account created for the purpose of phishing and extortion will be deleted and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
3. Use and submission of content
3.1 You accept that you are solely responsible for any and all content you submit to be posted to any area of the site and have the legal right to do so.
3.2 Arts 'n' Crafts NZ makes no claims of the accuracy or suitability in use of any of the content found on the site. Accuracy of the content posted on the site is the exclusive responsibility of the poster and ownership of such material remains the property of the poster.
3.3 You agree not to post (or link to) anything inappropriate, degrading, abusive, or otherwise insensitive, illegal or promoting illegal activities.
3.4 You agree not to use any information or contact details on this site for the purposes of mass mailing, spam or other such activities.
3.5 Information from this site is not to be copied or duplicated elsewhere (online or off-line) without written consent of the creator of the material.
Any breach of these Terms & Conditions will see your account closed and possible legal action taken.

4. Purchases, Returns & Refunds
4.1 As per 2.1 You will be fully accountable for any sales/purchases made through your account even if these were not made by you. Security of your account is your responsibility.
4.2 Returns will only be entertained for non consumables and only where there is a manufacturing defect or the items has incurred damage in transit to the point where it is no longer fit for use. I will not accept returns due to change of mind in purchasing. Any returns will be at buyers expense. Returns need to be shipped back to source with a trackable shipping option at sender's expense.
4.3 Refunds will be at the discretion of Arts 'n' Crafts NZ and only be given in case of manufacturing defaults or shipping damage (as per 4.2) and where a replacement product is not available. If applicable refunds will be made once the item/s has/have been returned and checked.
